U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine L. Chao today Announced Nearly $50 Million to Expand Access to Transportation. How Do You Travel to Job Interviews That are Far from Bus Stops?

U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine L. Chao promised $50 million to improve "... access to transportation for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals of low income.," read a statement from the U.S. Department of Transportation. 

“The purpose of this $50 million new initiative is to identify ways to provide more efficient, affordable, and accessible transportation services for people with disabilities, older adults and other underserved communities that often face greater challenges in accessing essential services,” said Secretary Chao.  



I think they need transportation for unemployed low income people to travel to job interviews.
