Lehigh Valley Health Network's LVHN ExpressCARE–Palmerton

  Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) officials will cut the ribbon to open the health network’s second ExpressCARE in Carbon County. LVHN ExpressCARE–Palmerton is located at the Pencor Services, Inc. building at 528 Delaware Ave. The second Carbon County ExpressCARE is LVHN’s 21^st in the region.
