International Constitutional Law

"Justice Scalia identifies the Court's first use of foreign sources "for the purpose of interpreting the Constitution" as the 1958. Eighth Amendment case of Trop v. Dulles and criticizes the recent Court for expanding the practice "beyond the area of the Eighth Amendment." 24 Although Justice Ginsburg traces the legitimacy of the enterprise to the Declaration of Independence and the Framers' desire to comply with the law of nations,25 like Justice Scalia, she attributes judicial invocation of foreign sources to the "pathmarking" Trop plurality opinion.26" - yale.edu

Heatwave in the Middle East. The heat rises.  They want to see the Miami Heat. nba.com

Mass transit is like a constitution. It needs amendments it needs people.n Debate the similarities and differences in each nation's constitutions. I am waiting for copies of a English translation of an  Arabic nations constitution based on religious policies to be mailed to me by the United States Post Office.   You have to study the culture in order to be able to debate their societal  laws and the laws created by religious groups for the citizens. Stephanie ate a falafel in New  York City.  What laws do they have that help people maintain food safety.  How much water do they need int he Middle East? Do they need to lease residential and commercial property in other nations that have the ability to gift water to the residents safely?

Bedouin fabric in the constitution?  Mister David Usher says NBC told him that The MET is open! Yeah.  Mister Michael Jordan. Jordan is in the Middle East.

I love Kobe. He is a poet.
