Dark Red Kidney Beans Salmon Cakes Recipe
1 Can of Salmon
1/2 Cup of Dark Red Kidney Beans
1/4 Cup of Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Old Bay Less Sodium Seasoning
5 Teaspoons Curry Powder without Salt
5 Sunset Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Orange Chopped without the Rind
Orange Zest Grated to about 1 Tablespoon
1/4 Cup of White Bleached Flour
Use a measuring cup to make the cake by placing the aforementioned mixture in the measuring cup then placing the salmon cake mixture in to the frying pan after placing 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the frying pan. After cooking with lid on the frying pan for 20 minutes on medium - high then cook without the lid on medium - high until the salmon cake doesn't fall apart.
You are also able to cook the salmon cakes in the oven on 400 degrees fahrenheit for at least 20 minutes into the salmon cakes are hard on the outside and the cakes will be soft on the inside. Turn the salmon cake over and bake until the side is hard.
