The 400 Foundation, Inc. Honored People with a Distinguished Leadership Award

2019 marks the 400th Anniversary of Slavery in North America. It's been 400 years and the time is now to bring the church, elected officials, and community together to go FORWAD in 2020. 

The distinguished honorees included:

• Hon. Letitia A. James, 67th Attornery General of New York
• Congresswoman Yvette Clarke, 9th Congressional District
• Senator Velmanette Montgomery, 25th New York State Senate District
• Assemblywoman Tremaine Wright, 56th New York State Assembly District
• Assemblywoman Inez Dickens, 70th New York State Assembly District
• Reverend Dr. Que English, Co-Pastor of Bronx Christian Fellowship
• Reverend Dr. Elaine M. Flake, Co-Pastor of Greater Allen AME Cathedral
• Divinah "Dee" Bailey, Founder of Watchful Eye
