WHAT TO READ IN COLLEGE - AFRICAN STUDIES AND AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDIES COURSES
Written by Stephanie Taylor, Editor-in-Chief & Owner, Intelligent Luxury

"In the early 1990s, Mr. Bloom and Ms. Morrison  stood opposite sides of a cultural debate what to read in college, and more broadly how to read," read the New York Times article titled Did Harold Bloom Win the Canon Wars? by Joe Karaganis and David McClure. What books should we read in college? To read more African - American non-fiction and fiction literature in college, we need more African-Americans, Africans, and Caribbean - Americans to write more non-fiction and fiction literature.  Stephanie, is me.  I took African-American and African studies courses at the Temple University.  However, I am writing an article about African and African - American study courses. Several universities have Middle Eastern studies - should Middle Eastern studies be in Asian and African studies departments too?

The University of Pennsylvania, President Donald Trump graduated from this university, has an African studies department.   Should we who want to read more African literature learn Arabic.
I am writing down the classes or courses I would take in the future.   I was a double major, minor - I loved reading. I don't have an editor, so accept the typos. Temple University has fine good looking men! I love Temple University. The most diverse school in the United States! :) Fried chicken at Temple University is super. Super Fudge!
