Commissioner Geoffrey Starks Vocalized The Need for African American Owned Television Stations

"According to our most recent data, there are more than 1,300 full power television stations licensed across the country, with only 12 owned by African Americans. If you were rounding, that would be closer to zero percent than one percent – and this has been so for a long, long time,"  Commissioner Geoffrey Starks articulated at the Media Institute Free Speech America Gala in Washington, D.C. on October 7, 2019.   He summarized the free speech debate in the United States of America.

I am an African - American entrepreneur.   I own Intelligent Luxury - I am the only employee!  Intelligent Luxury's luxury internet television video channel  youtube.com/nyackrocks!  Freedom of speech in America is the ground that leads the walk to speaking out against sexual assault.
