CLARIFICATION: Question 1: Is the primary purpose of this bid to replace currently in place Centrex like services? State’s Response: Respondents should reference the entire scope of services identified in the RFB for providing both Telephone and Data Services to the State. The primary purpose of this RFB, as stated within the RFB, is “to establish a contract for Telephone and Data Communication services to the State of New Hampshire”. With respect to Centrex, reference (at a minimum) paragraph 1.42 Group 1 Services, which identifies “Centrex or Equal” Question 2: Is the current Centrex service delivering DID to the desktop? State’s Response: Existing Centrex Services provided to the State do not deliver DID to the desktop. Question 3: Is the State looking for a hosted (cloud based/SAAS) telephone system solution or just circuits to connect to currently in place telephone system solutions? State’s Response: Respondents should reference the entire scope of services identified in the RFB for providing both Telephone and Data Services to the State. The RFB does not reference hosted cloud based/SAAS solution. Question 4: Would the State provide service address information? State’s Response: Please see attached spreadsheet “Addendum 1 Exhibit”. Question 5: Would the State provide service inventory per address? State’s Response: Please see attached spreadsheet “Addendum 1 Exhibit”. Question 6: Would the State share the footprint of lines and circuits? State’s Response: Please see attached spreadsheet “Addendum 1 Exhibit”. Question 7: Are there any wireless services? If so, what carriers and number of devices?
