Montefiore Nyack Hospital cooks excellent salmon!  The staff is excellent.  Create a new life for your child. Educate yourself about parenting.  I am not a mother. Chemistry may make parents, especially moms need to learn more about raising a child.

Announcement from Montefiore Nyack Hospital:

Healthy moms, babies, and families are the focus of Montefiore Nyack Hospital’s New Moms Circle Support Group, which kicks off its 2019-2020 season on Saturday, September 21 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. “Maximizing Love and Managing Stress” will be presented by Beth Mintz Friedberg, LCSW, a specialist in parent education and family coaching.

Montefiore Nyack Hospital’s New Moms Circle Support Group meets monthly to discuss topics of interest for mothers with infants and toddlers (ages 0-24 months). Spanish speakers are welcome. Upcoming topics include:

Oct 19 - “Talk, Sing & Point” led by Nichole Lande, "Wee Can Sign," founder and ASL educator
Nov 16 - “Count, Group, and Compare” led by Lynnette Marshall, Nyack Schools Basics Coordinator and early childhood educator
Dec 7 - “Explore Through Movement & Play” led by Jeffrey Friedberg MT-BC, LCAT, lead musician and music therapist
Jan 11 - “Read & Discuss Stories” led by Melinda Watkins, Children's Librarian at Valley Cottage Library 
                                                                              
New Moms Circle Support Group meetings take place at The Prenatal Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital located at 258 High Street in Nyack, NY. The group discussion is led and facilitated by representatives from Montefiore Nyack Hospital, including a registered nurse and a certified lactation specialist who works with The Maternity Center and the Prenatal Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
