Newark has an abundance of rivers. Newark, New Jersey has ambiance. Branch Brook Park has cherry blossoms - I visited this park to see  the real Newark !  Nature in Branch Brook Park is pleasant because the park borders the Second River.  Newark is nice in several areas.  The concerts at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center are sometimes free and I attended a free concert at the center. The place is amazing.   Newark Mayor Ras Baraka is a Howard University alumnus - because of Newark's public schools! Travel to City Hall and admire the architecture. Amazing Caribbean restaurants in Newark, New Jersey serve Caribbean cuisine aficionados.

People who live Newark, New Jersey are affable to visitors.  I met Senator Corey Booker, he discussed Newark's vital soul - a soul that loves art, music, literature, architecture, parks, and politicians! livelihood.  Passaic River's parks in Newark?   There are parks bordering the Passiac River in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.  Newark has the Second River! You have learn the depth and probably register your boat to float in any river in Newark, New Jersey. Newark's YMCA's probably have swimming lessons. I was a Girl Scout! They teach you how to swim. The NJ Historical Society in Newark, New Jersey is exhibiting Ebb and Flow: New Jersey and Its Rivers.
