“National Night Out” in Harrisburg

The Harrisburg Police Department invites the community to a fun-filled free event, packed with activities for the whole family.

What: “National Night Out” in Harrisburg will showcase games and activities for all ages.The event will feature giant inflatables, flag football with officers, face painting, a distracted driving simulator, police canine demonstrations, child ID fingerprinting presentations, emergency vehicles on display, and much more. Attendees will also enjoy free food, Kona Ice, ice cream, and Farm Show milkshakes!

Where: Camp Curtin Academy Field, 2900 N. 6th St, Harrisburg, PA 17110

When: Tuesday August 6, 5-9 p.m.

Who: Harrisburg Police Department and other law enforcement from throughout the region, as well as over eighty community partners.

Background: “National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community.
