You can start a business in Minnesota if you live in another state in the United States of America, check the laws. Start a resort. $15.3 billion dollars in sales are made from tourism in Minnesota or $42 million dollars every day.  They have luxury shopping malls.

Governor Tim Walz, governor of the agua amor state of Minnesota signed a proclamation about Small Business Development Centers Day, a day on March 20, 2019.  The Small Business Development Centers  helped start 228 small businesses. mn.gov/deed/business/help/sbdc/

Minnesota Arts Boards assists artists. The Minnesota Department of Economic Security (DES) and the Department of Trade and Economic Development (DTED) have merged to unite services to help business people.  A Counsel for Minnesotans of African Heritage helps educate people about African history in Minnesota.  The Minnesota Film and TV Board support filmmakers film in the lake state of Minnesota. The Admin's Office of Grants Management in Minnesota is to gift grants to people.
