On Monday, July 22, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon U.S. Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, U.S. Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence, and U.S. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib will speak at the Opening Plenary Session during the NAACP’s 110^th National Convention in Detroit, Michigan at the COBO Center (Hall C).
