The new edition of Joy of Cooking by Irma S. Rombauer is being published by Scribner, a subsidiary of Simon & Schuster. An estimated 20 million copies of Joy of Cooking is in print! I used to shelve this book and I owned a copy. My mom and I used it to look up basic recipes.
