Miami Marlins Foundation Ballpark Wishes Program

"The Miami Marlins Foundation encourages fans to nominate those who inspire others or make a difference in the community, highlighting special categories each month: June (Honor a father or service member making a difference); July (Youth); August (Teacher or student in honor of Back to School); September (Individuals impacted by childhood cancer in support of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month," stated the press release from the Miami Marlins

The Miami Marlins Foundation Ballpark Wishes program requests nominations from the South Florida community. Nominations are accepted online at Marlins.com/BallparkWishes. People in South Florida who are creating opportunities in the community should be nominated.  Charles E. is a high school student attending tonight's Miami Marlins baseball game.  He battled cancer. The Make-A-Wish Foundation is introducing Charles to Miami Marlins C.E.O. Mr. Derek Jeter.
