• The Fancy Food Show is a trade only event- only businesses related to the specialty food industry may attend. The show is not open to the general public.

Current and future specialty food restaurant owners, specialty food retailers, specialty food distributors, specialty food importers, specialty food exporters, and specialty food producers should attend The Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City this month! Sample over 180,000 food and beverage products! The Summer Fancy Food Show will have organic food and beverage products too. Participate in programs that educate restaurant owners, food and beverage retailers; and others in the food and beverage industry about food and beverage trends and how to operate a food and beverage organization. Speakers plan to discuss specialty food packaging, specialty food manufacturing, specialty food marketing, and specialty food publicity. There are classes, seminars, and programs before 10 a.m.. The exhibit hours are: Sunday – Monday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Tuesday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
