What to Wear to a Church, a Synagogue, or a Religious Ceremony in April!

What should you wear to a religious ceremony at a church, a synagogue, or a venue to celebrate Easter or Passover. Wear a ladies suit jacket and a skirt, or a nice long or short dress with stockings. Bright spring colors are acceptable to wear to a religious event. Hats are some times required for men or women at religious events. Call the church, synagogue, or religious leader to learn the dress code. Certain colors could be rude to certain cultures.

Dresses are always acceptable dress code. If you are speaker or performer at the event, you may not be able to wear pants if you are a woman. Designer clothes are usually well made and you can even wear what you wore last year!  Boots, pumps, and flat shoes are also acceptable to wear with your dress, skirt and shirt; or skirt and jacket.

The classic trends this year are floral prints, pastels, primary colors, and nice prints.  Yellow is a perfect spring color to wear to a religious event. Men are to wear pastel or primary colored shirts under their suit jackets to spring into spring style trends.  Style is subjective. Wear what makes you shine!

I love wearing long dresses, short dresses, or long skirts and shirts instead of suits to religious events. I sometimes wear skirt suits to business events. I love long skirts that to cover my legs if its a little cold. Tights instead of stockings don't tear easily. Always bring a spare pair of stockings and a bottle of  clear nail polish to stop snags from expanding before speaking or performing. These dresses pictured below are stylish and pretty. You can wear any blazer with any of these dresses.
