The White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council focuses on ... "Federal investments and programs on urban and economically distressed communities, including qualified opportunity zones," stated the executive order creating the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council. Assist in the stem of private and public investment in economically distressed areas and urban areas.
