New Spring Menu at California Pizza Kitchen at Select Restaurants

California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) restaurants  is springing new selections into some restaurants. 
“We love to bring our guests fresh and creative flavor inspirations from around the world, and our
spring menu highlights favorite flavors from Italy, Asia and the tropics, with a California twist,” said Brian Sullivan, SVP of Culinary Innovation at CPK. “Our new Spicy Milano Pizza features quality ingredients like fennel sausage and pepperoni, Cremini mushrooms and fragrant wild Greek oregano, with a spicy kick from fresh serrano peppers and spicy marinara, atop our crispy thin crust dough. We also continue to be inspired by cauliflower as a delicious star player in our veggie-forward dishes. Following the popularity of our Cauliflower Crust and Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower, we’re excited to introduce new spicy-sweet Sticky Asian Cauliflower, topped with toasted peanuts and fresh scallions. We welcome our guests to explore these dishes and find new favorites with our CPK Menu Adventure Guarantee. If you try a new dish and you don’t absolutely love it, we’re happy to replace it with your favorite at no additional cost.” Cater your events using California Pizza Kitchen expanded menu items! I have yet to eat California Pizza Kitchen pizza. 


Available at participating CPK restaurants for a limited time, the new spring seasonal menu features the following items, made fresh to order:
● Spicy Milano Pizza: CPK’s crispy thin crust topped with spicy fennel sausage and pepperoni,
serrano peppers, Cremini mushrooms, onions, spicy marinara, wild Greek oregano, as well as
fresh Mozzarella and Romano cheeses
● Sticky Asian Cauliflower: A combination of irresistibly sweet and spicy crispy cauliflower florets
with toasted peanuts and scallions
● Baja Sangria: A refreshing blend of Francis Ford Coppola Pinot Grigio, Milagro® Silver Tequila,
Ancho Reyes® Chile Liqueur, agave nectar, lime and pineapple juice
● Tropical Sangria: A rich taste of Apothic Red Blend, RumHaven® Coconut Rum, and CPK
lemonade
● Sparkling Blood Orange (Non-Alcoholic): Refreshing Perrier® Lemon Sparkling Water with a lightblood orange flavor, cranberries, and orange



*Seasonal menu items will not be available at the following CPK locations: Boca Town Center, Ft.
Lauderdale, Coconut Point, Miracle Mile, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Irvine Spectrum, Chino Hills, Riverside, Santa Ana, Biltmore and Tempe Marketplace.
