Mr. Erik Kulleseid is the Commissioner of New York State's Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Mr. Kulleseid worked in The Open Space Institute. The Open Space Institute plans 890-acre addition of including 2 - miles of Hudson River waterfront in the town of Moreau in Saratoga County in the state of New York in Moreau Lake State Park. A trail from Moreau Lake State Park to Saratoga Spa State Park, and Glenn Falls for bicyclists, runners, joggers, walkers, and equestrians is being considered in the future. This information is ideal for my research for my future book about how humans utilize the rivers in the United States of America for Boat, Swimming, and Vision - therapy. I have yet to drive on Long Island to find a river! I was a Girl Scout! The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation emailed a bulletin telling us that about $750,000 in grants for river access projects in Sleepy Hollow, New York and Tarrytown, New York. So the urban planning history of Tarrytown is part of my research because Tarrytown is right next to the Hudson River. The grants' application grantsgateway.ny.gov.
