Goya Chickpeas Garbanzo Beans
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pure Lemon Extract
Ground Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Spanish Onions Chopped
Hot Sauce 
Yehuda Tehina Sauce

Mash chickpeas garbanzo beans, after cooking in water in a pot for an estimated 30 minutes after the water boils. Add spices, except Yehuda Tehina sauce on to the mashed garbanzo beans. Create chickpea balls and fry in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place the falafel balls on a plate and smother tehina sauce on the hot falafel balls.
