Jamaican Jerk Sauce and Rice & Beans

Rice & Beans with Dried Cranberries

1 tablespoon Rufus Teague Steak Rub
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Garlic
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Allspice
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Thyme
2 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper
1 Tablespoon  Black Pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and cover chicken, steak or seafood with the dry sauce rub. You can mix the jerk sauce with your red beans and brown rice. You can use the jerk sauce in several meat or seafood recipes.
