Gourmet Recipe by Stephanie: Stuffed Cherry Peppers with Chili con Carne & Beans

Two Large Jars Stuffed Cherry Peppers
Your favorite chili recipe with kidney beans.
Cook the chili to taste.
Remove cherry pepper stems.
Cut a cross formation into the top of each cherry pepper.
Stuff chili into it with a spoon.
Roast in oven in until skin crinkles a bit at 375 degrees.
Arrange on a square, rectangle or circular tray.
